Starting to get annoying - Conquer Online Forum

To use my vip, I had to fill in that identification **** again. Mailed tq, they gave me my info. Guess what, info tq told me aint working.

so I filed another case. got same reply. took me 2 weeks already. still not correct.

seriously the heck.

I had as security question "What was your first pet's name?"

They said it is "What was your first pet'name?"

I tried every possible combination possible even with or without questionmarks n it just keeps saying "security question wrong".

vexing. very. why the heck would you even ask for a security question instead of the answer?

try again and if u dont know any of it type in "I Dont Know"

or try live support (rofl)

The first time i logged into it it redirected me to the verification page and it asked for my phone number (origional info i made was security number) and read that number as "invalid". I logged out and then went to Support directly and it was a different verification page but worked nonetheless.

found it. apparantly there are 2 different security questions LOL
