How does a Fire Un-shackle and Revive
I just saw a fire do these unshackling and reviving.
How is this possible? |

Does that mean Straight Life gets you revived even when shackled? |

Yes Unless there is some hack I have not heard about it means they probably waited for the area to clear out before clicking the instant revive button that came up on they're screen. Veni gave the answer above. That is the only legit way it can happen if there is no monk to unshackle and a water to rev etc.

straight life has a 30 second window to use upon death. as long as they revive before the rest of the team is dead the match will continue.

That's a huge amount of time for a player to decide his most opportune time to revive.
