Bound scepter?
Was just wondering if there's any way to get a bound scepter? I can't seem to find one, since the bound weapon pack only lets me choose from sword,club, blade. Also cant find any scepters in the cp equipment vendors.

I can already see what's going to happen here. Since this Scepter passive skill is too good to be true. They'll make you buy the pack for now then nerf the skill later. I've been playing CO long enough to not notice this thing.

Sorry I misread the OP then.
Still it is a small price to pay for a bound scepter which you can then use all your bound stones and other bound items on
