I notice that there is VIP, I have purchase CPs and I also see VIP logo but I dont have the VIP. So does VIP existing?

If you have purchased the minimum amount of CPs to be a VIP, then yes, it should be working. If not, why don't you consult the officials about this?

Also, just if you're interested, I'm selling PC CPs for iPad CPs. Of course, I'm giving a discount. Just, if you're interested, PM me here or whisper Litainiary on iPad CO.

But in this case, no. Even if you have bought double the required amount, VIP does not in fact work yet.

Are you sure? I read the rules (not as thorough) and I didn't really skim on that part. Maybe I need to reread them...
