Can equip shield at lvl 70 1st and 2nd rb. Requirements of shield 40-70 lvl at most, however it can be upgraded in market.

I've applied but decided I'm not moving to China. Been there and didn't like it.

Since if he did every person having weapons removed by the GM's and placed in inventory would have an issue if he says its a feature to glitch gears.

Lets see if Hemp replies. My thoughts are he will stay clear of this thread so the GM's can continue to remove gears off players doing this when they choose to do so.
