Short hand for New comers :o - Conquer Online Forum

Hey guys i know some of us have trouble with some of the short hand around Conquer so i thought id help some of the new comers.

Brb – be right back
Afk – away from the key bored
Ftw – for the win
Ftl – for the lose
Kos – kill on sight (meaning if u are kos u will be killed my that person when they see u )
Ks – kill steal ( try not to do this could end up getting u “kos”)
Pwned – this is game talk for “ you got killed HAHAHA!

Owned – Same as pwned just with a O.
Lol – laugh out loud
Bb – can be bye bye / be back
Ttyl – talk to you later
Noob – noob is a way of saying “new player” meaning you don’t know a lot but can be used as an insult to high lvl players.
ppl - people
plvl - power level
rb - Reborn
GM - Game master
tg- trainging grounds
gw - Guild war
gb - guild beast
fb - fast blade
ss - sent sword
FOH - Fire of hell - ( a spell that cant be bought
BS- Back sword or Bomb scroll ( also spell that cant be bought)
Met - Metoer
DB - DragonBall
# - ( if u think someone is cheating in a duel kindly ask them to type # if doesnt not show up you should stop fighting him and give up for he is most likely a cheater)
Rofl - roll on floor laughing
PM - Private message
msg - message
pvp - player vs player
pve player vs environment
Bas - Monster Basilisk to lvl 112 ( monster that ppl plvl at
As - Alien serpent to lvl 98( Monster that ppl plvl at)
AA - Alien ape to to lvl 78( monster ppl plvl at)
SS - senior snakes to lvl 83 ( mosnter ppl plvl at
pc -phoenix castle * city
ac - ape city * city
dc desert city * city
tw - Twin city* city
az - adventure zone * place to lvl
mz- Meteor zone ( u can find mets hear)
bc - Bird cave located on phoenix castle map. or Bat cave right next to bird cave.
sc - screen shot ( to use press F12)
hk - Hot keys
CS - Celestial Stone ( used to rb a char)
CW - clean water ( used to make CS good way to make money found in mz by water lords)

Stuff not to be said in game:
stfu,wtf,da,...ect these are also short hand but not for the benefit of the game and i ask u to plz refrain from useing them.

I am sure i have missed some and plz feel free to tell me and ill try to add them. I just know when i was new to games i hated asking ppl what they were. So to all u new comers welcome

Nice guide.

Screen shot is more commonly used as SS instead of SC though.

Also:

d/c = disconnect
b/c = because
h/o = hold on
pkp = pk point
pka = pk arena
sm = superman, server maintanence
bs = backsword or...bullsh*t

There are already many threads made for this, you can get extras from there.

Ftw= also **** the world, depends on how its taken.
SSM= senior snake men
ROFL= rolling on floor laughing
ROFLMAO= ROFL my ass off
ROFLMFAO= same with an additive between my and ass that we wont use but which is designated by **** as above
ATM= at the moment (or automatic teller machine if you actually have to go to one to bulk some dbs

)
BRT= be right there
FTM= for the moment
ND = night devil (skill book which can be found in level 3 of dis city quest, very valuable)
DH = divine hare (water tao skill which can be purchased at the pharmacist in market)

NVG, NMG, NRG, NDG, NPG, NFG, NKG, NTG= normal violet, moon, rainbow, dragon, phoenix, fury, kylin, tortise gems respectively (refined and super are typed with an R or S before them)

TG= training ground
Dis= refers to the Dis City quest for lvl 110+ players

Annnnd that's all i can think of at the moment but ill come back and add to it if i remember anything else
