Ive noticed a botter puttering around crystal (Well theres plenty) but -Mellissandra- especially. I was curious, last time i checked these were the symptoms of a botter.

Chases dropped gold.
Ignores players.
Has irregular movement.
Will try to pick up items despite not being their kill.
Ghost Logs out a second after death.

Chases dropped gold. - Only if bot is configured to pick up gold
Ignores players. - Only if the botter is AFK and not just watching TV while keeping an eye on their char
Has irregular movement. - Walks between mobs on screen, jumps when no mobs on screen, continually chases mobs that "Run away", doesnt always finish kills.
Will try to pick up items despite not being their kill. - Only if Bot is configured to pick up items
Ghost Logs out a second after death. - Only if Bot is configured to log out if HP < x

I do all that stuff.

sometimes they chase money ur just describing something called a script vessel. when I got bot hunting they don't do those things they would usually have a team andhave auto invite, and they would be hitting one monster (not killing it) then jump away then chases the monsters and logs off right after killed

another symptom very common among bot programs is the "double step" no human player will ever move with double steps. This means they take 2 steps stop momentarily before resumming. It basicaly moves/scans area/moves/repeats.

A friend of mine was in my team, each time a monster killed her, she disconnected. Can that be considered a bot?

i pick up EVERYTHING cus i have less than 100k at lvl 102 :P
I don't TG skills, I use money on potions for my waters skills (use stig/SoA and then use mana pot while standing in one place)

I ignore people that talk to me; mainly because I have talk or whisper turned off lmao

so yeah, but don't get me wrong, I don't bot, it's cheating, and I don't like cheaters, unless it's on a game console like the PS2, then it's okay :P

2) Chats off, don't have wisper/talk on?
3) Not paying attention, just clicking random monsters
4) Hunting? =D
5) Only if its set to log off, if not a bot can revive here if your blessed ;D
