Revive spell?
I'm a 75 lv water Tao have revive as a spell but nobody knows how to use it. Can anybody explain to me how to use it?

I believe you have to hold ctrl now to use it on non guild members, but I wouldn't be sure on it. I haven't played a water in ages.

Hold ctrl and click for anyone not in your guild/alliance, this is to help prevent you from reving an enemy.

Holding ctrl to rev almost as dumb as a skill that completely stops you from reviving.

You need 10 cps to revive someone now.
