Hi, recently came back but my 2nd rebirth trojan is gone... Did a purge happen or something? I havent been playing for years. How do I retrieve my character?

I just installed CO since forever and ive lost both of my old chars. Looks like old Honor chars are gone or something happened, boohoo.
