Does a Windwalker have any skills to hit an Archer while flying?

Maybe some Max'ed out Witchery Rune to get the 15k dmg per zap...dunno

if you are in ranged form clouds will target the flyer after they hit you, if you are in melee form honestly not much you can do. If you have the income you can make a bow and see if you can outpoint but I feel like thats probably useless.
