Oi everyone

I got this token today, but now I'm looking for this Devine Commander whom I can't find at the location that is described on the token...

Is there a supah bright person that can enlighten me?

dunno, maybe the npc will only appear when the "event" is over ?
seems like a tq thing to do give eli hossu but make u wait a month to get it, in which time u will probably already get one from epic quest
