Okay this thread has gone on long enough.

Bless acts seperate from the STGs being in sockets.

As for the percents that is does show for bless, from what I hear and I believe this is correct, it does not reduce that number exactly but what it does do is each -7 item acts seperatly.

If you're asking for them to show the end result of percent taken then that is unlikely to happen as the number in decimals would actually get to be pretty big.

I used to think that way too since it was on the CO website that way but testing proves otherwise.
