Last doesnt mean its their last offer, just something they say to impress you. Just ignire such words or you cant ever sell/buy anything.
Worst thing is when you have a shop and they start asking you to give an offer. Why should I offer on my own gears, prices are in the shop? The egy needs to make an offer.
