serious? we were playing last night for a bit and got loads of mets..

got about 30-40 from birds plvling for an hour or so and one nearly every other kill at bloody devils leveling

When you train on mobs your level or higher, the drop rates increase. Fairly simple thinking when you think about it. TQ makes it easier for players leveling to obtain items than the higher levels. Lower level noobies get more gems, mets, +1s, etc. That's why warrior farming is the best way to obtain mets this time around. Or the people 5botting ninjas -_-.

EDIT: I got around 35 mets in about 1k kills. This was done on a level 93 warrior training at hawkings.

EDIT2: I also got around 350 mets in met zone within a few hours time. So the drop rates are pretty good. Considering I didn't find many "real" met doves.

those 2300 kills i got w/ 100 mets was in ~ an hour . . .

i feel no big defference compare without event.

my archer went to metzoom. 2 hours 4x39 mets trips on my lv1 mets carrier.

note:about 5 mets doves

o btw, its about 4k kills

conclusion (in my case): 232 dead birdmen/met.

i didnt count the mets i stole from other people (+6). i consider it a good quest since the drop rate seems to be low, but as i can read in this thread some people are not having so much luck

Look for archers on plvling and join the team then pked him after seeing more mets he collected.

Hes not telling you a rule, you mentioned you only got a normal drop rate on mets, dont use an archer
1. they lowered the met drop rate if you use an archer vs melee
2. Level difference between monsters affects met drop rate
use a 130 archer your pretty much screwed

Level 119 warrior at red devils...14 mets in 1k kills. Decent drop rate.

Yea, the chance of getting a met i think just increased a 5 - 10% not much considering last MetShower where in 10 hour u got over 20 Scrolls... at least i did =p

i'm up to 550 mets... lvling my warr from around lvl 111 to 113 and 50%... i get about 3-4 mets every SM, every SM is 80-105 kills... i'm getting 1 met every ~26.5 kills... so i gotta say, the drop rate increased around 4x - 5x normal rate... since i usually get 1 met every 1-2 SM... i'm pretty sure i got my numbers right since i warr farm quite a bit recently
