The read or black named characters will not drop locked items when they are killed, but they will be sent to the jail.
If you want to get out of the jail, you have two choices:

a. If you are red named, just hand 2,000,000 silvers to the person who sent you to the jail.

c. If your PK Points are more than 300, the player who kill you can get 270 CPs from you!

They would be non-tradable too =). So it'll be a hard choice if you have multi characters to lock gears.

you get some business account or some crap like that where u can set trusted people as whatever so u can trade to those ppl, and the value factor wont come into play.

well like every1 saying that tq screwed themselves over items not dropping. Wad if tq actually made it 5 dbs to lock ur items and another 5 dbs to unlock it. Wudnt that be harsh as u gotta lock and unlock each time u wanna change ur gear or repair?? Hehe. I'm probably giving them ideas, but no1 cares anymore.
