but if whoever is in charge of the forum hire more mods and stuff and actively patrol the forums. there wont be able problems like oversized sigs or pr0n sigs since they'll get warned or the sigs taken off o.0

Pictures in signatures won't lag the forum since the pictures aren't hosted here. Sure the page might take you a splitsecond longer to load, provided the signature pictures are hosted on a half-decent server, but is that gonna matter on the mad loading times you get from this piece of **** forum?
If TQ was half-smart they would remove the attach file functionality and add [IMG] tags, that would actually decrease load on the forum server.
