chinese CO is p2p, yes, but 90% of the players don't even pay real cash to play. They pay ingame gold instead..

See, the game is like an investment in china.

You pay for a month or two until you have a self supporting character and you can in a sense "make money" by paying them in-game cash instead of RL money..

this is why they make new servers like every day, for people just starting cannot make enough to pay ingame cash for a month's worth of gaming on a new server for a few months


and no, you cannot buy 2 socket items with real life money on chinese servers. Not from the official webby anyway.

Sure, you can auction items on an ebay sort of site, but you can also do that in american CO too.

The only items you can buy off of chinese CO is special enchanted items that do certain ammounts more to certain types of monsters (ex. do 5% more damage to snakes..)
