Man i got lvl 18 prof club and blade and blade has 90% on it too... That was just pure tged i did with no voilets too, gonna suck when i 2nd rb for nothing

Not really. You get 1/3 the normal exp so now you have 3 times as long to level proficiency.

... Unless proficiency gets 1/3 the exp too, in which case it's the same rate.

I have 18 wand prof on my warrior lvl 115. non rb no vios...
