HERE IS THE ANSWER WITH PROOF.

I duno wat u guys saying are correct or not. Haven't bless reborn after 27 Jan. The screenshot was taken from the official website. and before 27 Jan the NPC at sky city also say one of the wearing... but now look like they change not sure tho.

BUT THIS BLESS SYSTEM KINDA SUX ALL THE WAY UNTIL TQ CLOSE THIS CO, OR CHANGE BACK TO OLD BLESS SYSTEM. SOME OF US SHOULD KNOW WAT IS OLD BLESS SYSTEM.

IN THE SCREENSHOT IT SAY ONE OF YOUR EQUIPED!!. MAY BE MY ENGLISH SUX LIKE HELL UNTIL I MISSUNDERSTAND THE MEANING WHICH IS OLD BLESS SYSTEM!

I have been pondering this for awhile now, and maybe the really big servers can manage to pop out few 120 waters a week with thier uber plvl machines, and can take the chances and get everything blessed, but on the poor little servers a 120 water tao is a great acomplishment and to have that amount of work wasted is kinda crazy. I thought about doing archers to 120 and reborning them to at least get the base gear done, but how many rebirths would be needed to get 3 items blessed?

I think the same. Pull back old system cuz reborn without geting anything is kind of **** !!!!. Make blessed reborn reachable only since lvl 120 and let ppl chose what item they wana bless :].

So, if all your items except for one is blessed, the unblessed item won't get blessed?

If the item randomly selected is already blessed, it definitely should bless a randomly unblessed item. However, it should not increase the bless rating of any item.

I completely agree.

After what patch did this change happen btw?

If I work hard to get a bunch of blessed items on my character and I want to bless something good like a socket or whatever, the last thing I'm going to want is for my already blessed items to get "re-blessed" without any benefit

If its not going to change, then at least make it so that if the bless falls on an already blessed item, it improves the bless

You only get -1% when you get the rebirth bless anyway. Just stick with your super gem. If you don't want it just sell it off and upgrade your gears. With the super gem you could probalbly get a -5% gear and get them to elite at least.

unless you happen to have like, a super 2 soc non-weapon already

AGREED guys, Blessed system really does suck badly, needs alot of revision.
May I suggest this :

lvl 110 Water = Same as now, but obviously if they have a blessed bs, it will bless the boots - and vice-versa.

(Every other class inc. waters)

Lvl 120 - 125 = 1% on ANY item randomly
Lvl 126 - 128 = 1% on Item of choosing
Lvl 129 - 130 = 3% on item of choosing

People deserve a good reward if they decide on a blessed rebirth and have worked on getting a high lvl.

If you don't want it just sell it off and upgrade your gears. With the super gem you could probalbly get a -5% gear and get them to elite at least.
