for 1 hour a day there will be no pk points gained or lost and anyone can pk anywhere and anywhen except twin city and market.
i also suggest that players drop gold, and items even when blessed but not equipment.

if you are in either twin city or market your pk points will go down as usual.

my goal with this is to destroy the botters for an hour. in addition to being super fun to kill wherever.

How about the people leveling or farming by hand? Those will be the most afected because betters don't really care...
I like your idea though

ask urself this, how often do u see a noob leveling? and ask urself this question, are u sure hes just not an alt of an already 130+ character?

I remember back then, you can ACTUALLY drop gold by yourself or when you are kill.
Was pretty surprise it doesn't drop anymore ~_~

And TQ would screw it up, trying to jam the wrong size bulb in the socket, damaging both the socket and the bulb
