Apparently there's a group that advocates women to be allowed to go topless, and current decency laws are discriminatory and unconstitutional (in USA). So should women be allowed to go topless?

No. For three obvious reason;

1, public harassment.
2, morality standards.
3, 12 years old kids or below shouldn't get exposed to something like that

But once they bring in the constitution and unconstitutional **** into this, they'll win very likely.

You don't know how easy it is to take advantage of the constitution to make infinite rights for oneself in the U.S.

But they aren't accepted as a valid argument. Everything that is going to be done is purely on a constitutional basis, whether the judges them-self like it or not.

Ever hear of breast feeding? I believe pretty much all women had their **** hanging out for thousands of years. The only reason people don't want bare breasts is because they can't control themselves. This has nothing to with morality. I see topless on the beaches all the time, it doesn't bother me, it doesn't cause me to cop a feel or try to rape a woman, it don't mean ****. Having a cover your breast policy is for the pathetic immoral weaklings who can't control their senses because they are ****ing useless animals.

I think in the global culture women's breasts are considered as sexual as the buttocks. Being topless in my opinion is very similar to wearing a thong (and nothing over it).

I also believe that each part of the human body is sexually charged and it doesn't matter that much what someone is exposing rather than what they are doing. The worst danger in allowing women to go topless in public is http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4pXfHLUlZf4

A ****ing useless Taliban gets sexualy excited by an eyeball, thats why they cover them head to toe. There are topless all over the world and I certainly don't hear about the problems it is causing.
