Well, I don't know which part of the e-mail didn't get your trust, and the rules have been clearly stated in the e-mail.

The requirement is really simple, if you have received the e-mail as regards the event, you can log on to claim the gift pack, if you haven't received anything in your mailbox, then sorry you're not picked.

Aight this clears things up but the even goes on from 15th October to 15th November, I assume during this period of time there is a chance to receive such e-mail correct?
