I eat 7-8 meals a day. I do that every 2 hours and I consume 2.5-3kgs of grilled chicken breast(skinless/saltless) paired with 1-2kg of sweet potato(Only on my ripping/competition days) or 2-3 cups of white rice(for off-season/bulking days)
