[Read Me]: Warning! Do Not Change Body Size While Disguised

Do NOT change body size while in a disguise!

If you change body size while in a disguise, you will be stuck in that disguise and need a GM to undo it. You have been warned and don't get mad if you're stuck as Robot/ND/Fishy/DH for a day because a GM can't help you right away.

After you change your face to the default face, change your body size, and you may change your face back to whatever you desire.

[READ ME] Common Bugs w/ Possible Solutions

1) Item appears to be full durability, but will not upgrade.

If your item appears to be at full durability, but you have trouble upgrading level/quality, it is because your item has very little damage that does not register on your screen. For example, it may register with Conquer as 39.750/40.000 but on your screen it will show as 40/40 (appearing full).

To fix: simply use the item and let the durability drop to a noticeable change (39/40), repair, then upgrade. Weapons, rings, bracelets require you to attack monsters to drop durability, while armors, headgear, boots, necklace require you to be hit for the durability to drop.

2) Troubles with body size changing.

a) Stuck in disguise after changing body size.

This happens after you attempt to change your body size while in disguise. You will have to email your server’s GM or file your case at: http://conqueronline.com/support2/account.htm to be restored to human form.

b) You are in human form, but receive the following message: “Please restore human appearance before you change your body size.”

If you receive this message and you are in human form, please go to the Beautician in Twin City and change your face avatar to the default face given when you first start Conquer. It will be the first available option for your face. After you change your face and change your body size, you may change your face back to whatever you desire.

3) Enemy is online, but does not show online on enemy list.

The enemy list has been bugged for a long time. You may see your enemy online as a skull on the map, but he/she may not show online on your enemy list.

Only enemies that are currently online when you log into the game will appear online on your enemy list, and you may view their information. However, if they log off while you are currently still online, it will still show them as online, and you will not be able to view their information and receive an error similar to: “Internet lag. Failed to read data.” Once you re-log, your enemy list will be updated to the current enemies online.

4) Packaged meteors at Millionaire, but did not receive scroll.

Some people are still experiencing this problem. If you have 10 meteors and you receive the message that your meteors have been packed successfully, but do not receive a scroll: first, try re-logging. If you still don’t have the scroll, please re-install patch 4292 manually: Patch 4292.

5) Cannot equip ring/bracelet at or below your level.

Rings and bracelets cannot be dragged and dropped into position. To equip, you must right-click the item.

6) Hotkeys/game settings are not saving.

Characters with certain symbols in their name may cause the hotkeys/game settings to not save. Some symbols have been fixed to allow for saving of the game settings, however, others have not.

7) Phantom enemy guild.

If you have less than 5 enemies on your guild list and you cannot add another enemy, you may have a phantom guild on the list. To fix this, you can email service@conqueronline.com or your server's GM with your guild name, server, and the correct enemies you want on the list; they will remove the phantom enemy and you will be able to add your 5th enemy.

8) Stats did not change after adding + to item/upgrading item.

If you add additional pluses to your items or upgrade your items and still get hit for the same damage/deal same damage, re-log. Your stats will change on your Status button, but you will need to re-log to notice the difference.

9) Cannot attack certain monsters (SandMonsters, TombBats, etc).

If you experience trouble attacking certain monsters, you may need to move closer to the monster to attack it. Sometimes, letting the monster hit you first will allow for you to hit the monster back.

Also, there are bugged monsters in each group, that cannot be attacked in Peace mode. Changing to Capture mode will allow you to hit these bugged mobs.

10) Cannot upgrade items at WeaponMaster/MagicArtisan.

MagicArtisan is used for non-weapons up until level 110. After 110, you will need to use the WeaponMaster to upgrade your item. MagicArtisan will charge meteors in most cases, but certain items (super armor/headgear) will require 2 DBs to upgrade from 100-110/97-112.

Weapons (except for bows) can be upgraded using the MagicArtisan until level 115; after 115 the WeaponMaster will upgrade your weapon for the cost of 1 DB per level. Bows need to be upgraded at the MagicArtisan until level 120; after level 120 you can upgrade using a DB per level at the WeaponMaster.

11) Warehouse password not saving.

If you set your warehouse password with the Warehouse Guardian in Twin City, and you can still open your warehouse without inputting the password even after re-logging, you probably used non-number characters in your password. Warehouse password can only contain numbers.

If you forgot your warehouse password, file your case: http://conqueronline.com/support2/account.htm .

12) Kill counter gone.

If your kill counter does not appear, simply go to Option and check the box with Counter. Default setting is “off.”

13) Bot jail.

If you get thrown into bot jail for any reason, please file your case at: http://conqueronline.com/support2/account.htm .

14) Composition troubles.

a) Had the correct items, but after composition the plus did not change.

Sometimes people experience this bug when composing. For example, your item is +2 already and you have 2 other +2s for composing. You put your main item in the box and then the 2 smaller items and click OK. After composing, you are left with the same +2 you had initially and the other +2s disappeared. There really isn’t much you can do about this. If you have screenshots, you may submit them to your server’s GM; however, in most cases nothing will be done.

b) Trouble composing +1 120 armor/headgear.

When composing 120 armors and headgear, you must use items of the same class and they must be level 120. +1 level 120 armor/headgear cannot be composed with lower level items.

15) Fat female archer holding weapon in wrong hand.

The level 27 archer coat (FoxCoat) on the big-bodied female will cause her to hold a weapon in the wrong hand. It has been bugged since the release of 2.0.

16) Cannot attack a person/monster on screen.

If you are trying to attack someone on your screen and cannot, it is usually caused by lag. Going off screen and coming back to where you were, will reset that area and you will see that the person you were trying to attack has either left or logged off. This also happens with monsters sometimes.

17) Invalid jump message from divine hare/fly.

Known bug. Don’t jump/fly as fast next time.

Dragonball Information

Dragonball information:

a) First-time buyers.

After you make your first dragonball purchase, email dragonball@nd.com.cn with your name, email addresss purchased under, date of purchase, and receipt. You will receive a reply within 2-10 business days with your code/password. Please do not purchase another package of dragonballs until 7 days after you receive your first set of code/passwords.

b) Clicked continue, but code/password did not appear.

If you have purchased dragonballs and have been cleared of your first-time buyer status and your real-time buying abilities are in place, yet don’t receive a code/password after clicking “Continue,” email dragonball@nd.com.cn with your name, email address, date of purchase, and a copy of your receipt. Again, please allow 2-10 business days for a reply.

c) Just received a code, yet it says it has already been used.

Sometimes you may receive an invalid code/password. Simply email dragonball@nd.com.cn and send them your old code/password, name, and email address. They will send you a new code/password within 2-10 business days.
