Dear Customer,
Sorry, there is something wrong in achievement system now, our GMs are working on it. Once it is fixed, you total points will be fine again.
If you want the correct points urgently, you also can offer us the exact options and points you have lost, our GM will check and add it for you manually.
Sorry for inconvenience caused.

and now its 1 week later and still no points
any other people have good experiances with tq like this ?

TQ's customer service is slower then aki's weightlose schedule, and we all know he isn't losing but gaining weight so yeah... Good luck waiting.

how far is the technique to freeze myself and unfreeze 3 years later to check if they fixed it?

"Soon" does not imply any particular date, time, decade, century, or millennia in the past, present, and certainly not the future.
