Knock on wood.. but.. uhh.. I think mods just hate you =X Because like.. I bypass the filter all the time (watch I get banned now xD) and I swear a lot.

Is Protoss a cuss word here?

My guess is they like to tease you. Making you think you have enough points to get a ban and you're really hanging by a thread. Then, when you piss them off again or when they get bored they will just ban your ass. Then when you make a new account they will give you an infraction for spelling your forum name wrong. Then ban you because you didn't respond fast enough.

i don't think he woulda got infractions if his bypasses weren't directly insulting mods, and i bet all three were.
The not being banned yet prolly means he's just been beneath their radar. I bet if he infracts again he'd be banned.
