If you aim upwards you can hit both the apple and his head, but unfortunately the game is buggy and the arrow just sticks to his head instead

I dunno a whole lemon hits pretty hard, the tricky part is getting the right size lemon. I occasionally get strange looks when I am using the ring I have to get the right size in the produce dept. Plus lemons smell better
