Just to let everyone know...GM's send passwords to non registered email adresses. I know because I got ****ed over this way, which in result,lost me a 2soc troj armour and soc boots.
What I don't understand is,on the official ConquerOnline website it clearly states under "Submit case":
"If you can not provide the correct registered Email address or can not communicate with us through the registered Email address, your case will NOT be processed."
So why is there no infomation stating:
"If you do not have registered email but you do have full info,we will send your password too a non registered emai."
Maybe because it would mean breaking the GM's TermsOfAgreement?
What i found amazing was after emailing the kylin GM,but not telling him how i got jacked,I got a reply saying:
"It is sad to see some people get hacked,but it is the players responsibility to keep there account safe,not the GM's".
I replied to his email,explaining that a GM had sent my pass to an email that WAS NOT the registered email of the account.
Took 2 weeks before i got a reply.
So this is how TQ treat there customers?
I wonder if it would be different if my name was Petra.
Not to moan or anything of the kind,just giving a fair bit of warning to all those who think there account is safe.

Note:If a GM see's this and can be bothered to lift his fingers into a typing position and make a reply,it would be highly appreciated.

Well... GMs shouldn't send anyone's info to anyone...

Yes i have gotten hacked and did not have a registered email adress

Simply i emaied Fchen With all my charctars Gear lost, Lvl, Percantage,Weapon Proffiency, etc etc in a kind email and he got a GM right away to help me

So Yes if you send a kind email including a lot of descriptive info on your account They will help you even if its not yoru registered email adress

let's not bring stupid forums fights into this eh? This is a serious issue. Someone emailed the gms with the user id and an old password , without the email address and the gms sent him the pass. This places a lot of stuff at risk. I say we keep bumping this till a mod bumps the issue to the mod section or the gms respond here.

Anyway, you're right.
It is an important topic that a GM absolutely should respond to, for all our sakes.

Could a Mod forward this to GM attention so that the Community can have some kind of explanation?
