1.9k -> 4.3k hp with ONE Intensification
Are you kidding me?!
i guess it's not so bad though :/ because if you get tfed say goodbye to ALL your pots. so it'd be better to get the toxification one and spam that 7x times i guess really it's a balancing act. also.. for taos and archers, don't they get SCREWED, because they dont have 2 weapons so they have 1 less refinable gear. also, anyone know the prices for buying them via arena points and stabilizing the best ones(cps)?

If I'm correct, certain items can get certain bonuses, not that you can put 1 refinery bonus to every item.
"About Refinery Refinery grants equipment extra attributes and enviable buffs. Different types of equipment require different Refinery items. Just like your equipment, Refinery items have 5 quality levels (Normal, Refined, Unique, Elite and Super), and so there will be five levels of Refinery. A higher Refinery level guarantees a better buff. You may get such Refinery items in the Honor Store of the Arena and from several quests/events." 1 reward from the Horse Racing quest "Name: Amber Pack Instruction: Untradeable. Open and randomly get a piece of Amber which will increase Critical Strike. It can be used for the Refinery of rings and heavy rings."

But don't you think this is a bit rigged and super unbalanced?
Reason: All physical attacks can get countered... But what about magic attacks? Why do the easiest and partial strong characters get the extra bonus where no one can negate its effect. For those who made Melee chars and water taos gears. You could say good bye to you conquer career because with this new enchant no one can really take out the fires... They will be doing at least 2X the amount of damage they would usually do. How do i know? There was a vid posted in the conquer site. Compare the after and before. And convert that into people on your server. THEY NEED TO COUNTER THE MAGIC... fires are already strong not because of their magic attacks, it is because of their speed attacks(tornado) that has far range.

oooh really mister know-it-all, then how DOES it work, enlighten me....!
it is how mdef works, otherwise other classes would be able to hit with zap, without needing talismans.... [low, but still, they would hit...]

If it were to work like that then anything over 100% mdef would hit 0's.
Even with a full +12 fire on a full +5 warrior that has 140% magic def. Unless he forgot something that's what I'm getting out of what hes saying. |
