People can revive themself with Arena feature in Guild War, Adventure Zone, Metzone, Labs and etc. (It is much better than REVIVE HERE function)

For example, people get killed and become a ghost. Then they registered for a match in arena. After the match they come back alive at forbidden places.

GMs need to prevent people signing up a match when they are a ghost.

I think this problem got solved weeks ago. Are you sure that it is still working?

Getting a match while in Guild Area was patched two days after arena came out. Not sure about being dead and getting a match since I don't die. However only Guild Area is an abuse since Guild Area is the only place were one cannot revive here even on Heavens Blessing.

The places where you can't revive with a blessing got added to a little while after they introduced it. I found out the hard way, trying to rev in the AZ. This is from the CO guide page about Heaven's blessing http://co.91.com/guide/guides/heavenblessing.shtml

I knew arena but I'm never on Heavens Blessing so I didn't know about the other ones.

It does not work in guild area anymore but being a ghost should not be able to play arena.

People can abuse it to revive themselves at certain places such as Meteor zone, Adventure zone and lab without a water character and heaven blessing. Even using heaven blessing, people cannot revive themselves in Meteor zone and Adventure zone.
