Anyone with european ips should be allowed to move their characters to a euro server...even if they dont the egyptians hate the euro gw times so with a dedicated euro server maybe it will keep them out

Why would egys hate euro gw times when cairo is GMT +2 time as far as I'm aware?

And that is ofcourse bull****. I don't know they have done the things in co, but normally changing characters between server is really easy thing to do, you just got to move some files from place to another. How you think they move our chars when servers split or merge?
