looks like the 242454th attempt from TQ to get players to start a new character without any gear,so they can milk them for USD.lol.

That right there is the biggest question isnt it.

No doubt if done the right way, it would become more popular than the current 2.0 version.

I honestly believe it has been abandoned though.

Definitely less than 10k unless you're rolling for all yellows on chi. I would say more like 6k for full +12 - 7.

if ur goin for full +12 from scratch then u would prolly go for all yellows and with jianghu, it could easily cost you 10k+ to be maxxed and top of the server

Sooo I have the feeling that it isn't going to be released this year. Seeing as how the site for it alone isn't even really functioning, yet alone any new news about it. Typical TQ.
