Firstly, I would like to open with the fact that you're ****ing stupid. Thats all I should have to say to be honest.

Secondly, just because you've read that chinese players max W doesnt mean its the best.

Thirdly, you're stupid again.

Note: You are an AD carry, your runes are AD, your masteries are AD, you will most likely rush a BT as ezreal or sheen.

You should be able to see for yourself on that screenshot that Q is clearly a superior ability than W and how stupid you are also.

Edit: I've been playing ezreal ever since his release. And I'd like to think im a quite good ezreal, I have tried maxing W many times as an AD at bot lane. And I didnt like it, maxing Q is simply stronger both in lane and mid/late game. I just dont like people who see copy, you've probably been maxing Q before maxing W because a thing because the chinese did it. Its sad and pathetic.

I'm leaning with Farau on this one.

Q is overall a more reliable bread-and-butter spell and synergizes better with the champion's skill set. Numbers for a 5 second engagement can be crunched but that would be a waste of time, the maxed Q would come on top. W is maybe only possibly better for the shock value, something that high elo players mitigate well and that exposes the offensive Ez to jungler intervention.

Drawing parallels, this is like maxing Veigar's W first which even with higher damage, introduces farming problems due to the aoe, is mana intensive, and leaves you exposed after casting.

Nasus has one of the most terror ults in game imo, playing a lategame nasus taking on 1v5 with ultimate on just gives so much satisfaction, it's like you're farming creeps, but this time they have abilities and names.

I used to really love shaco before the nerfs, he was able to get both buffs at 2:30-40 using boxes, be level 3, and rape the **** out of everything as the enemies were still level 1 at that time, or get dragon at level 1, huehuehue. boxes got nerfed hard though.
