Just complete random luck. Nothing to do with TQ's generosity. If TQ would have done something with this you would have won only one +8 (or maybe none at all)

Funny a guy on my server won 2 +8 in one run too few days ago.

Our top egy bulker on our server has been ****ting out +8's lately, I SS'd some of them, like +8 heavy ring, attack ring, boots, dagger, beads, trojan armor, hammer.
and they don't spam lotto hours a day, only like 5 minutes each day..

in Turquoise, few days ago, a guy won 3x +8 ( frock, 2x bag) in 1 hour, the day before he won +8 club......

Btw i see so many +5 stone from lotto this days.. Not u ?

You do know that TQ's gonna reduce +8s rates now, after you all contributed your stories about winning them.

and btw there is also a guy on my server that made lots of accs with +8 in their name like +8trojan+8 or +8robe+8 and so on and he lottos everyday with all those accs and everyday he wins a single +8 or an elite 2soc item...
