Tq can`t do anything about it because nobody scammed u.
First of all. miio`s account never got another ip over it
Second: u traded an item to someone else
Third: u broke a password to stole and reborn another's player char.

So..Get a life nooblet!

1. The case is caused by account share/trade.
4. The items are given out under your own IP.
5. The items are sold or traded by mistake, like when they are sold at a much lower price, traded to the wrong person, etc.

If it was a trojan and someone got your password then TQ will see the different IPs taking your stuff. But if you ever shared your account with that IP in the past then your royally ****ed and they won't do anything about it.

Edit: Also it says "nice scammer" which means he may have scammed the item from you? If that was the case they won't do anything either.
