i dont think a good gl should have the best gears, a good gl should tell his guild when to hit pole, he should know when to cheak gates and when to ask for backup. anyways i dont care being a gl or not, i know when i played gws ( before the arabs got thier potency higher then 291 lol) i always called everyone to show up and and i offer motivation too :P

<3 cherry and i really think she could be the best gl , caz shes like me and even mafia respect her =)

a good gl doesnt exist

a good gl needs to make his ppl understand whats going on, has to be respected by his ppl no matter if they have ups or downs and they should be ready to do sacrifices... thats a good gl in my vision

That's a good idea, to use them as a "tank", but right now we are talking about who's going to lead all of us. We will then discuss strategies.
