High potency ain't **** when it comes to gw. You gotta have the ability to understand the need to win. It isn't really about your gears, sure that would help a lot, that is only one of those million things that a winning team should have, but first of all you gotta be able to communicate with everybody, it's not a one on one fight it's about team work. Everybody counts, don't matter what gears you have, the more people the better, more help. Tactics, leet skills, decent connection, etc. will definitely have a good chance of winning...

Also you can't have a GL where 80 percent of your members hates you or disrespects you, because that would surely be a mess. Gotta be somebody who is neutral that actually is worth respecting for & decent enough, I don't believe you have to have the highest potency to win a fight, if working as a team nothing is impossible. Just my two cents.

You didn't get what I said. We're only using the highest potency char for strategy not for actual leadership. It makes sense to have the highest potency char that can survive way longer than anyone else and will be alive when needed to close gates. A gl don't necessarily be the leader that can lead a guild. Someone else can be a strategists/motivator or some ****.
