i was waitting all your reaply to know who is with me . about GL just tell me how i will be good GL and all my memebrs liers and not coming online? how i will be good GL and all my members join i my guild just to get my hellp (geving dbs or cps or stuff ormony and hellping plvling)? how i will be good GL and no 1 do what i want? when i fighting enemys guild no bady with me just some ppl like 10 or 5 players and i have members 276 just 10 ppl comeing to hellp? about i gev dbs or cps or stuff? thisis my choic i gev evry 1 i want not to be good person no i like hellp ppl who realy need hellp some tell me if thisis wrong!. about good GL i choic good said but they didint hellp in GW about i kicked 90% from my members? i worning them 2 week if any 1 not come i will kicked or any 1 cant come he have to tell me why he cant many ppl i didint kick them from the guild cus they telling me why they cant . so what the f u ck i will be good leader and all scommers in my guild i heelp them they not i gev them any thing they want and they didint do what i tell so wtf u all want me to do u all talking **** to me for nothing why? i dont know

You are a good person either way. Although there are alot of reasons why people are disliking your leadership and the way you are sometimes. It's not about what you can give, it's what you can help. You give db's here and there hoping to gain respect in return, well unfortunately your dbs and your items can't buy respect, loyalty and trust for most people on this side. Sincerity would be the only thing most people ask, and those other stuff comes handy whenever you want to sincerely help somebody without trying to get something in return. Trust me if you be patient, and stay sincere like you said you are, you will get some respect, you won't even have to give anything. If you want to be on top, you gotta strive and start from the bottom to get to the top. You can't expect people to accept you right then and there and follow each and every order you give. Most of these people have known you as an enemy, you don't expect an over night change when it comes to that lol, you gotta give people time to adjust.

GLA, you did not give a 2 weeks notice. You may have now, but I'm pretty sure your talking about the guild war where you kicked 90% of your guild. You gave a weeks heads up to the European GW where about more than HALF the members had already said to you, they can't come. I remember because I was there, I found it ridiculous while I watched you kicked several of good and potent guild members that TOLD YOU they couldn't come.

all we want is respect, but I dont think you know what that is. We tried to help you and all we got was "**** this nobody helps me" or "this is bull**** nobody comes".
