A Forum Bug. (Not related to in-game stuffs)
Well I don't know if they plan to fix this yet, but seriously, we can't change our avatars.
... (Edit: I mean, the avatar section is not there in Usercp.)

Yess.. and if you had searched, you will have seen there are about 12433983493 threads about this >.< We couldnt get it to work, so we have to wait for synsia to fix it and she is busy with in game bugs atm.
