Soo,

Assuming an infinite number of CP's, whats the quickest way to level to 130?

2 x DBs a day with unknown man and exp balls? Any short cuts such as, 'speak to bigbum man in market and pay 200cps for 1 level up to 10 times one day'

Aim is to get to 130 in a week without full 2 socket rainbow gear and a plevel!

What he said, the cp one armed bandit. It gives you 300 mins of exp everytime you fail a roll "assuming you're doing 300cp rolls since cp isn't an issue"
