arbiter's never had an active gm

there are many servers with gms botjailing players weekly, arbiter is not one of them

and Opal will return to catch a few unlucky botters, it won't stop anyone from botting but it might raise the demand for dbs since you need them to get out

if you think gms stopped bothunting then you're most likely going to be botjailed in the future
