CFR is a NGO AKA "think tanks" where influential non elected people advise people we supposedly elect through the fraud we call election.

Here is but only one person that could be called a cog of the machine (intelectal cog that is)

There are three parts of the control we all live in that are visible 1) Finacial 2) education 3) military

Government is a control of all three but government becomes the glue that solidifies all three. However it is not the complete control. The media is another part of the control which works with movies and music and is shown to be seperate from the machine but it's job is to give the illusion of choice and keeps everyone on the same page.

Watched the youtube video - does the guy speak English or sarcastic? Wasn't too sure.

Anyways, there is a real change in supply as the US are importing less and less due to the increase in exploitation of unconventional oil & gas in the US. As a result, the largest consumer of energy in the world is not having to go out into the market to purchase this from OPEC countries. With the LNG facility coming online late next year at Sabine Pass, the US will actually be exporting gas for the first time in decades.

The Saudis and the other GCC countries can live with reduced $ per bbl in the short term, but will need to cut production to raise oil prices in the medium term as their economies are predicated on receiving upwards of $80bbl in order to break even with their national budgets.

It's well known that OPEC are a monopoly, they are described as such in the media, and clearly they can manipulate oil prices.
