If I remember correctly, you can swap one p7 soul for another p7 soul for just 10 stabilization points, is my memory correct?

Also, how many points do you need to perm p7?

30 points for ph7, 1 small perm to change, that is correct.

Thank you both. I checked the official site a while back and they hadn't updated it with the p7 details, good to see they have now.
