Probably one of the mad kids that were too POOR to take part in tqs EVENT(not bug) so they reported it as a bug, and is still jelly of people who kept it

This is how You can get your money back;
step 1;go to their official help desk and type that "I WANT MY FULL REFUND BACK OR I WILL QUIT THE GAME AND SUE YOU FOR YOUR INCOMPETENCE , A THREAT I ALWAYS GIVE YOU BUT NEVER FOLLOW  their reply was the following "dear player we are very sorry for the inconvenience caused and we take that matter seriously now go **** yourself with your empty threats and have a good day

Or you can be one of the idiots who actually think TQ legitimately meant to release an event that let players bypass the highest cost profit for nearly 1/10th of the price by abusing an exploit/bug.
