Server Light (EU)
problem with login server : cant connect any char
i disconnected 1 char (when the other 2 was working) and cant login again.
restarted computer and now cant login any : i insert ACCOUNT and PASSWORD and the screen keep black (and after 2 min the message "server maintenance or network congest try again later.*1")

Why are you suprised? Server is down again for hundreth of time and no matter how many threads people make about it, TQ just pretends it doesn't happen and does not bother solving it nor does any moderator respond on any of these threads to present an explanation or whatsoever, or atleast that they are trying to resolve the situation.
