MunK - The Master Diet and Workout begins

I just finished my consult with my Personal Trainer.

My new meal plan looks like the following with some variation:

95 Ounces of Water daily

Breakfast - 8:30

4 Egg whites and 1 whole egg
Vegetable
Fruit
2 Slices of 100% wheat grain bread (No Flour)

Mid Morning Meal - 11:30-12:00

15 raw almonds
fruit

Lunch - 2:30-3:00

6 ounces of meat
Carb
Veggie

Mid Afternoon Meal - 5:00-5:30

40g Protein in a Protein Shake
Fruit

Dinner - 7:30-8:00

6 ounces of meat
Carb
Veggie


My workout days are like the following(don't know individual days of weight training yet):

Monday, Wednesday, Friday:
1 hour of weight training
30 minutes cardio

Tuesday, Thursday:
1 hour of cardio

Pics to follow in a week, when I am super ripped like you.

Should replace mid morning meal with a cup of oatmeal and/or a protein shake and flax seed oil, Regardless of you picking both oatmeal and/or meal replacement you should still add flax seed oil into your diet.

lhl, just eat healthy and do **** at home. you dont actually have to run 30 miles a day, bench 500 lbs, curl 800. just doing simple variations of sit ups and push ups is enough.

4 oz meals why? By the time he is ready for 6-8 meals a day he will be needing alot more carbs/protein for the intensive workouts anyways.. I doubt he will be using supplements this early either, nor will it show great enough results till his body adjusts to his work out plan. In my opinion his metabolism doesn't need 6 meals a day starting out.

To stay healthy then yea you're correct, But to bulk up, Which i think he wants.. Then he will need intensive training,ALOT of food (protein and imo mass carbs to), most likely supplements, and motivation.
