I am tired of being cyber stalked by crazies via 50 of their noobs and it doesn't matter if they get banned or not. I suggest TQ :

1. Make filter work for Broadcast too
2. Only give bound cps to one account @ given ip address
3. Make broadcast cost real cps only
4. Ban all accounts that are from that ip address if Broadcasting excessive threats about real life people ie Rape your child, rape you , you get the idea, yeah.

That is all.

I pick number 1.
BCP is good if you want to broadcast that you're selling something, without wasting your real cps.

I've always wanted to be able to turn it off due to the constant spamming of click-able links, especially while i'm in arena grr X_X I don't care about the bad language etc, i ignore it. But it's all about mobility.
TQ could easily make broadcast button enabled/disabled or something.

i hate those links when i'm tryng to race. i'd love to be able to filter BC.
