In order to make most of sections have day to day mods, we will assign some regional mods to look after a group chitchat.

helene: Quit from Lion and cover the whole Galaxy chitchat.
Memphis: Withdraw from Sunshine and Kylin, cooperate with helene to mod Galaxy chitchat.
Royalite: Be added in Lion chitchat.
Nabster: Take Darnell's job to take care of FAQ.
