1) there a big problem with repair destroyed equip(with meteor), NPC dont work

Im still did not get the superpack even im already like fb, get the key, and fill the form to get the superpack..when im go to the prize officer he said u have no prize to claim..

And when will this update be? I'm greatful to know the glitches are being fixed but the last update was close to a month ago; are we looking at a few days time or a few weeks for this update?
