This is my first time ever playing conquer online and I have level 89 Trojan. I'm in bird island trying to level up my character and am having a really hard time killing the birdman it takes me about 10 swings to kill just one. I see other characters level 40s for example walking around killing them in a single swipe and I'm scratching my head.

So I'm wondering how I should build my character. I have not really traded for any weapons or armors because I just don't know what to get really as I dont understand the game that great yet. So if anyone could offer any advice I would appreciate it!

I'd say go out there and try out every weapon. No one can teach you everything about this game in just one day. There's just too much.
